Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge the receipt within 10 days and attempt to verify your identity by contacting you with the information we have on file. If we cannot verify your identity, we cannot fulfill your request and we will notify you via the email you provided as to the reason.
Once we have confirmed your identity, we will make every attempt to retrieve information collected within the last 12 months and submit for your review and/or confirm that we have deleted if requested.
For EU clients, the reply will be within one month. For California, the reply will be within 45 days.
